Coconut Saffron Bites

All kids have a sweet tooth that seems to get stronger as they get older ! Have you been looking for something special and to serve your kids for a dessert to satisfy their cravings? These Coconut Saffron Bites look amazing and taste delicious. Your kids will enjoy them and keep coming back to ask for more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Flour (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Butter
  • 1/8 tsp Saffron
  • 1/8 tsp Tumeric Powder

Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients in the food processor.
  2. Once they are nicely blended, make a ball shape out of the mixture per the size you prefer.
  3. Put the balls into the fridge for 20 minutes to help them firm up.

The coconut saffron bites are ready to eat !

Storage

These bites can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
