  • 2 Baking Pans Medium Size

  • Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut Dried
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup if desired
  • 1/2 Tbsp Almond Nut Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Add oats and all other dry ingredients into a big deep large bowl
  • Then add only 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon into the dry bowl and mix all them thoroughly. (Keep the other tablespoon of cinnamon for later use).
  • Add all the wet ingredients into a pot along with the other tablespoon of cinnamon and warm it up for 5 minutes on medium heat
  • Then add the mixture of wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix all of them together.
  • Preheat the oven at 320°F
  • Now take out 2 medium size baking pans and spread the batter as shown in the video onto the pans. I prefer to use stoneware but you can use nonstick as well. The spread should not be too thick nor too thin
  • Put the trays and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes rotate the pans onto the other side and bake for 10 extra minutes.
  • Once it looks nice and golden take the trays out of the oven and let them completely cool down.
  • Once they are fully cool, scoop them out and store them in the jars.

You can store them at room temperature for up to 3 weeks or you can keep them in refrigerator for 3 months.
Trust me, they are so delicious and a super healthy granola.
