Blueberry Bites

This is a very delicious and healthy dessert. Soft and chewy right away melts in your mouth. The good thing about this dessert is that it satisfy your sugar craving without spiking your sugar.

It is Glutenfree plantbased and paleo friendly. Kids can enjoy this too!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberry
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut Dry
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Seeds

Recipe

Mix all the ingredient together in the food processor. Line the parchment paper on the baking tray. Make little balls out of the dough using 1 tsp for every ball. (This will make about 12 to 15 blueberry bites). Place the tray in the refrigerator for a few minutes to make them firm.

Then it will be ready to enjoy !

Storage

These bites can keep in the fridge for 5 days and in the freezer it for 2 months.
