Almond Cheese Salad

This salad is full of vitamins and nutrients and it has full flavor that comes from leafy greens, beetroot and goat cheese.

Best of all, the dressing in this salad has no sugar added !



  • 2 cups Spring Greens
  • 4-5 pieces – Sliced Beetroot, Steamed
  • Red Onion (small amount, optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Goat Cheese
  • 1 handful Sliced Almonds


  • 1/2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Olive Oil

For the Salad, spread all the greens on the plate, then top off the greens with slices of beetroot (beetroots have to be steamed first). As an optional step, you can put onion slices if you are fond of onions and like the crunch in your salad.

Shape the goat cheese into a small ball and then cover it with sliced almonds. Sprinkle some sliced almonds on spring greens too

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl for 4-5 minutes so they are well mixed.

Pour the dressing on top of the salad greens and the almond covered goat cheese. Now your salad is ready to enjoy !
